F4003 Whiting Rooster Capes, Pro Grade

No doubt this is the best dry fly hackle available anywhere at any price. All grades have superior hackle for dry flies. Great barb stiffness and density, supple stems, length enough for more than one fly in many cases, and excellent colors. The top grades contain more feathers, greater feather length and the smallest sizes. They will give you more flies for the money, but all grades have excellent feathers.
